[Programming Help] - ACSIL to set marker size for reward/risk tool

The ACSIL structure s_UseTool does not have fields to set 'Entry Marker Size', 'Stop Marker Size' and 'Target Marker Size'. As a work-around, I use UseToolConfigNum to have these values applied from a config setting. It is better to have these fields added, even though it is not urgent.
