Good morning! I have several clients that are complaining about their DOM "pulsating", Mine is very subtle and doesn't concern me. Is there some settings that may be causing this? I'd like to address their issue, but not sure if that is possible, Do you have any suggestions? Thank you, I appreciate all you do for us! N |

The Trading DOM uses what is called a Constant Range scale and there are various Constant Range Scale Mode options that can be selected. Refer to: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Constant Range (Scale Range) These are set through the Scale Settings: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph Also make sure you are running an up-to-date version. Solution: Detach the trade window from the chart, and the blinking will stop. Perhaps Sierra engineers can identify the cause of the trade window blinking or flashing when attached to a chart and resolve the issue.

We are not sure about this. We are adding additional logging to getting closer to understanding this. In the next release this message will be added to the Message Log when the trade window is redrawn: "Trade Window graphics updated"
