I have been using the global loss management settings for several months now without a problem that I’m aware of. Just now, I was using the trade copier (also for a few weeks) and had an open position across two accounts. One of the accounts flattened normally at the normal time, but the other did not and remains open. Originally, I was not aware that I needed to set this setting for accounts individually, but when I changed accounts and reopened the global loss management window the setting was in fact already ticked. How can we diagnose what went wrong?

The Trade Activity Log has records related to Global Profit/Loss Management: Trade Activity Log: Common Instructions to Set Trade Activity Log Display Settings If it is not triggering and flattening positions for a Trade Account, there may not be any useful information there but there should be some.
