I have live credentials through AMP for your denali data feed with CQG routing. I switched over to my CQG login credentials from SC data - all, and it is not recognizing my live account. It is saying "real-time market data only supported with sierra chart data feed for symbol on all symbols, then historical intraday data download failed. When I switch back to SC data - all, it is populating, but 10 minutes behind for delayed data. What would I need to do to fix this?

The CME Group exchange that you had active in July did not renew on August 1, 2025, as it had been deactivated on July 21, 2025, due to questions about whether you should be a Professional or a Non-Professional.
