I got the denali data around 2 weeks and it worked. Now my charts can't give real time data. Do I have to change my "Current Selected Service"? Thanks!

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You did not have enough funds in your account when the renewal come due on August 1, 2025, therefore the exchange was deactivated.
