HI, please help I haven't been able to use SierraChart for awhile. The current data does not stream, and the historical data does not download. Please Help. Thanks.

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the real-time and historical data.

We assume you are wanting data for the CME Group, as this is what you had active previously. Activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Hi, so I activated and paid for CME non professional exchange (don’t know if that’s the right one).

The real-time data still not working and historical data not downloading. Please help. Thanks.

You do not have an exchange active. We see that you tried to activate an exchange on 2025-08-05 at 17:57:02 UTC. But at that time you had $0.00 in your account so the exchange did not activate.

Then you added $26.00 to your account on 2025-08-05 at 18:07:38 UTC, but you have not activated the exchange since then.
