Copy trader question

Hey everyone,

I have a question. I’m currently using your copy trader. Yesterday for some odd reason it’s showing one of my accounts didn’t get copied while trading. Basically after the market settled in the evening it was showing $0 when it should’ve been $400 alongside all my other accounts. I thought I had checked and right after my trade won yesterday and all my acccounts were showing that they had been copied properly. So I’m wondering if you’re able to see that, and confirm Or if there’s a way I can tell? I want to make sure the copy trader is working properly because it definitely showed all my accounts were copy traded today and I made absolutely zero changes to anything between yesterday and today.

We do not have any access to this kind of information. All of the information for what occurred is either on your system or with your broker.

On your system, in particular, look at the "Trade Activity Log" and filter for the account you want and see what it shows for the trades and trade activity for that account at that time. Refer to the following:

Found it. Thanks, John. Looks like the trade copier may have encountered an error? It said

pending child-client,
order sent,
pending open,
error,
pending cancel,
canceled.


But all of my other accounts were filled. Never seen that happen before.

If this is with Rithmic, then it sounds like Rithmic did not process the order properly. Rithmic is known for having slow responses, so this kind of thing occurs with them.


If this was with a different service, then we are curious what service you were using.

These accounts are using a rithmic connection. So that’s likely the culprit. Appreciate the help in clearing it up.
