When I place market and limit orders on ES and MES the orders show up for a split second on the chart and then disappear. See attached for message in Trade Service Log and the settings I currently have enabled. My broker said the issue is not from their end and I should be able to place trades. |

Yes it makes sense the orders briefly appear, and disappear because the orders are getting rejected. Your broker is wrong with what they said. They have specifically disabled trading on your account. They need to enable it.
