Hello,

I have paid everything regarding access to F.US.EPU25 but the symbol is stuck at the same value.
If I switch to "SC Data - All services" it works and it updates, but if I remain on CQG, it's stuck at the same value and not updating.

Why is this happening? What do I need to change?

I have bought Denali. Maybe there is a contract that I have not signed or something. I've been using Sierra since October last year and this is the first time I get this.

We see you are using CQG. It has long been required, that the Denali Exchange Data Feed needs to be used with CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges

There was a period of time recently, where this technically had not been implemented but it has always been the policy.

Also you are running an old version of Sierra Chart and it is a strongly recommended to update. Instructions:

I have Denali bought and active.
Everything worked fine until 1st of August.

Did something change from 1st until yesterday?

My Denali expired on July, 31st. I bought it again. Works now. Ticket can be closed.
