Hello, When I select all the images to delete them, the system returns the message that 0 images have been deleted. How can I solve this issue? Marco |

We are not understanding what you are referring to in terms of "select all the images". What images are you referring to? Images are sent through the log as a link to a stored image on our server, so there are no actual images. And even if you send an image through the chat, it will not show up in ntfy.

Hi John, thank you for your reply. I'll try to explain better. The images that I can not delete are those stored on the server of sierra chart that are generated when an alert is activated on my chart. After a certain number of stored images, the system no longer stores them and asks me to delete them. Unfortunately I cannot bulk delete all those images. How can I solve this? We just want to ensure that we are referring to the same location. You are having a problem using the "Bulk Image Deletion" option on our "Manage Images" page at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageImages_BulkImageDeletion On that page, if you select the option for "Check All", do you get the images on the screen having a checkmark? And if you then select the button for "Delete Images", what happens? Yes, exactly. I was talking about "Manage Images" section. And yes, after checking all the images for deletion and clicking on "delete" nothing happens. The system shows me a message: "0 images deleted". I tried to delete only one or two and it worked but I'm unable to delete all the images with one click.

We are able to reproduce it and will look into it. We will let you know when it is resolved, although chances are that the images will be deleted when we fix this as part of our testing.
