unable to see recent bid/ask volume on DOM

cant seem to be able to add recent bid-ask volume or last size etc on the DOM. ive used it on and off in the pas ton the same DOM but doesnt work now |

all is well, nothing has changed. But those columns when i add them are empty

The first thing is ensure that you have the correct columns. If you have the correct columns, then check to see if you have the colors for those numbers set to be the same as the background. Refer to the following: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Recent Bid Volume Other than these, we can not think of a reason for these values to not be displayed.
