There are no built-in tools that have access to the DOM Market Depth information. You would have to create a Custom Study to do this. Refer to the information here: How to Build an Advanced Custom Study from Source Code But it sounds like you might be able to get what you are wanting by using a "Number of Trades" chart set to a value of 1, as this will give you each trade as a new bar.
