TPO profiles can ONLY be used on Intraday charts. We are not sure exactly why you are having an issue, but it could be related to your account not being an "Activated Trial". As a standard trial, you only have access to certain data and the amount of data is limited. We have gone ahead and set your account to be an "Activated Trial".
