In the end, you are having a connectivity issue to CQG. We do not know what it is or why, just that it exists, as your Sierra Chart software is unable to connect to CQG.

There is nothing more that we can do for you on this, as it is not a Sierra Chart specific issue, it is something with your network that is not working properly at this time. And it could be an Internet issue that you have no control over.
