hi john, it's worrying that you don't know what might have occurred. there is ample space on my drive. i've raised this issue now but it's not the first time it's happened to me. i'm worried moving forward it will continue to happen and a lot of time goes into setting up the charts to the way i want them. after saving the charts i can access them but after a random amount of time (a few days maybe) the file sizes shrink to 4 B and the charts disappear. my computer is brand new btw |
