Please also change the following in the Sub-Instance:
- Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server >> Listening Port: 11110
- Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server >> Historical Data Port: 11111

Then exit from the sub-instance and start it again and it should be fine.
