Changing the package would have no impact on whether the chartbook can be used or not.

If your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Current Selected Service" have changed, the most likely issue is simply that you are using different symbols (each service uses different symbols). Open the Chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should resolve your issue.
