Try copying a chart where this is not working to the new chartbook that you started. See if it works in that case. If it does, then copy all the chart from the old chartbook to the new one and move forward with the new chartbook. If copying does not work, then if you want to have this feature working, you would have to create new charts in the new chartbook.
