Please start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode by following these instructions: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If you can then open your Chartbook in Safe Mode, then this implies that you are having a problem with a custom study, as Safe Mode does not allow for custom studies to run. You would need to figure out which one by removing them one-by-one, if you have more than one.
