i have package 11 with cme data and denali exchange data feed, i activated the denali exchange for 2 systems and payed aditional 12,5 usd immidiately, but when i go and open sierra program on my computer and laptop at the same time i get the message that i have screenshooted and uploded in the picture and then if i press ok it recconects but dissconnect on the other device, how do i fix it
