Another silly question, but you do have the options "Enabled"? You need to select the "Enable" option for these items to show in the DOM. Also, although it should not impact these, but do you have any of the "Last Traded Recent Bid/Ask Volume Background" or "Chart DOM Recent Bid/Ask Best Bid/Ask Background" options also enabled?
