it seems you have an "integrated" SC package, but if you want to use Denali data for charting (which is the best solution) of course you have to subscribe to Denali realtime-data and you have to verfiy that you have a live-account, otherwise data will be delayed. The other way would be to use Rithmic-data, in this case you have to enter your username/password 3 times
