If the "Default Server" is set properly, then there is no need to specifically set this in Step 24. We just tested this again on iOS and it works correctly - if you have the default server set to "https://push.sierrachart.com" and do not specify a different server for the subscription, then it correctly connects that subscription to https://push.sierrachart.com. You can see the server listed in the subscription, although it will not include the https:// - you will just see "push.sierrachart.com".
