The connection that is used between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is a special software created by and maintained by Rithmic. It does not use the R-Trader software, and therefore it has this limitation of one connection. This is not something we can do anything to fix. It is up to Rithmic to make the necessary changes to allow for multiple connections.
