There is a check in the system if you go back to a certain version and then the trial is turned off. This is due to a cracked version of Sierra Chart that only works on that specific version. For whatever reason, you happened to be on that version, which turned off your trial. Please stay on the current version of Sierra Chart in order to continue to have the trial working properly.
