We now understand the reason for this problem. In the case of the Mexican peso there are contracts for all 12 months but only four of them are active. There was a missing setting in the case of the Trading Evaluator symbol settings that we have now added. This specifies just the four major contracts in the year ( March, June, September, December). Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After the above, go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
