What is the exact symbol you are viewing and what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

If you are connected to Interactive Brokers, then this data would be coming from them. In which case you need to ask Interactive Brokers about what is occurring.
