We are not seeing any issue with this data from us.

In order to get this data from us, you would need to be connected to one of the Sierra Chart provided services. This would be any of the following:
- SC Data
- Trading Evaluator
- Trading Evaluator - Delayed
- Teton CME Order Routing

Otherwise, the system it going to ask the connected trading service for the data, and they may not have it, or may not have it in that particular symbol. If they do have the data, then you need to ensure that you have the correct symbol for that trading service.
