We see that Palladium has a Tick Size from the specifications of 0.5, but in Sierra Chart it is setup as 0.1. We do not know if there was a change at some point. We will have to look into this on our end. In the meantime, change the entry for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size" to be 0.5. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) If you will be opening new charts for Palladium, then you would also want to change the symbol settings for that tick size for the Palladium symbol.
