You are either setup to trade with CQG or with Teton. This is something that would be setup with your broker. Whichever one you are setup to use, that is the service you need to be connected to. The issue you are having, is that you are not setup for real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We do not support data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX, therefore you must get this data from us. And if you are using Teton, then you need to get the data from us, as there is no other source for the data. You last had an exchange active on May 31, 2025. But on June 1, 2025, the exchange did not renew due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time CME Group data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you activate an exchange today, you will pay the full price for the exchange in order to get data for today and tomorrow. Then on Friday August 1, 2025, you will need to pay again in order to have access to the data through August. So you may want to wait until Friday before activating an exchange.
