Yes, we were answering the question of "does reverse session timings only have an impact when you enable Evening Session?" You can have reversed session times without using the Evening Session. When you have the Session Times set as we gave in the example, you are using Reversed Session Times, as the End Time is before the Start Time. Therefore the Start Time actually is referring to a start time in the previous day. Note the additional sentence we have in our original response in that section - "This is a reversed session time, where the beginning of the trading day starts in the previous day."
