Dear Sierra Chart Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with a live data issue. I currently have a **Live AMP Futures account**, using the **Teton Order Routing service**, and I have activated **Service Package 11**.

Despite completing all necessary configurations (data feed, service selection, chart setup, DOM activation, and symbol settings), I am still not receiving **live DOM data** or **real-time price updates** on my chart.

Here’s a summary of my setup:

- Broker: AMP Futures
- Data Feed: Teton Order Routing
- Package: Service Package 11 (Active)
- Live trading credentials: Enabled
- Symbols used: MNQ, NQ, MES, etc.
- Global Settings → Data/Trade Service Settings configured according to the documentation
- Sierra Chart login: [your Sierra Chart username or AMP user ID]

I have double-checked most settings, including Chartbook setup, symbol formats, DOM visibility, and font rendering options (GDI+ disabled as advised).
