The notation in your Chart Header just after the symbol that shows "[C-D]" means that you have a Continuous Futures Contract Option enabled, which we can see in the settings window, but it is disabled for some reason. In other words, there was some error that is causing it not to work. Please do the following for us: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Log" - Select "Close" to close the Message Log window. - On one of the charts where you are having this issue, select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". - A new window will come up that has the list of contracts for data to be downloaded (or at least it should - if it does not then stop and let us know). Select the button for "Select All" and then select "OK" to download all the data.
