Let's start at the beginning of this. What is the amount of time you want to use for the "Opening Range"? The reason we ask this is that most Sierra Chart studies are based on the bars themselves. So you can not try to get an opening range for the first 30 minutes of a Daily bar. A daily bar is going to just have the full days Open/High/Low/Close and nothing else.
