This morning I had a large position trade which gone heavily red. The spreadsheet had cell J28 set to 1 and logging messages were received showing it was attempting to execute a flatten, but not doing so due to that cell being set. The client was reloaded and the entire position was flattened. It has since almost recovered. option 3 mentions this as accepted - Enabling and Disabling Automated Trading I realized a 13,800 loss and would not even be able to enter with the same size. How do we proceed and what else can be done? Yesterday I logged in from one machine and disconnected after trading on laptop, when I connected with my desktop, 10 long positions were executed. All while that cell was set to TRUE. Please advise, the loss of 13.8k was an effective 71% loss, if the trade was on me, I would have no issues, but reloading the client and having the spreadsheet set, this is a software issue and not a trade that I issued. |
