It is not the software, as we test and ensure that these kind of things can not occur. If this could happen, we would have many reports of this being an issue, and you are the only one saying you had a problem. And we do not understand what you are referring to in terms of the documentation stating that this is supported. The documentation you reference is to disabling trading by setting the "Disable Auto Trading" to True. There is definitely something you were doing that created the situation. We do not know what it is and the logs will not give us any information related to it. You need to understand how your system is setup and how it functions, particularly if you are logging in and out and using multiple computers.
