We have some questions:
The client was reloaded and the entire position was flattened. It has since almost recovered.
What do you mean by client. What is the client?

We do not understand exactly what is meant by this, and the reason why. We generally are understanding you are referring to an order entry of a particular quantity.

when I connected with my desktop, 10 long positions were executed. All while that cell was set to TRUE.
You need to determine the origin of the order. Refer to:

This is what is most important. Determining the origin of that order.

The problem is, the logging does not indicate the state of this cell:
Spreadsheet Systems, Alerts and Automated Trading: Disable Auto Trading (read/write) [v1:J28, v2:J92]

We have no way to verify what it was at the time. If the order of quantity 10 did not originate from that spreadsheet, the state of that cell is not going to be relevant though.
