It looks like you are using Teton for your order routing, in which case the Stop order should be on the exchange. It is possible that you shutdown before it was sent, but this would be surprising, as it should occur fairly quickly. Take a look at your "Trade Activity Log" and find that order and see what information is in there for that order.
