We assume you are referring to the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". F.US.MCL?## is the CQG symbol format. Are you changing your service to CQG at any time? Are you running any custom studies that could be changing the symbol? The only other possibility we can think of, is that you may have changed the symbol settings for CL such that you added a "Trade/Quote Symbol" and you entered it in that format. We admit, it does not make sense, but it's one of the few reasons why that item would change. Please check this as well.
