The settings were already correct as per your instructions, and I had already tried using “reset scale” without any results. I had also forgotten to mention that all the timeframes had been converted to 1 millisecond (!) The good news is that I didn’t know about the backup folder, and that actually worked. I was able to recover the chartbook, open it without any errors, and save it under a different name. So everything is resolved, with the recovery of the backup chartbook. Thank you |
