We are not seeing any issue related to this. When we open a chart for "XLB" it is for the "Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund". And XLB-NQTV states the exact same fund. The same is true for XLY and XLY-NQTV. Please get us an image of the entire Sierra Chart program (including the Title Bar) with either a chart for XLY or XLB active. The Title Bar gives the description of the symbol, which is why we need to see that.
