Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Trade Activity Log filtering function.
Even though I enter what I believe are the correct date ranges and filter parameters, the data is not being filtered as expected.
I need this filtering to work in order to export a trade file to Tradezella.

Steps I followed:

Selected the desired date range.

Clicked "Apply All".

The displayed data does not change and shows an empty table.

I have verified multiple times that the dates and all other filter fields are correct.


Could you please assist me in resolving this problem and let me know if there are any additional steps or settings required to make the filter work properly?
