The Large Volume Trade Indicator gives the Maximum or Sum (depending on what was selected) of the trades that are above the threshold. For the situation you describe, this means that for any trade that occurred at either the Bid or the Ask with a quantity greater than 2, then those trades are all added together to give you the resulting number. Specifically then, for the top level, the total of all trades with a quantity greater than 2 is 101 and the remaining volume of 28 were traded at a quantity of 1.
