There is a limit of 5000 historical data downloads per month. You have exceeded this amount therefore you are not able to get anymore historical data. You can pay $25.00 to get an additional 50000 for the remainder of the month at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=189917#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads We can not say exactly why you hit the limit, but from the posted bit of your log, you requested data going back to 1916 for ZM, and since it is a Continuous Futures Contract, the system has to download every contract going back as far as it can. Having several of these kind of charts would use a lot of data requests.
