This is very unusual. As we reread this thread, it is not something we want to add. There is already a Limit Chase order type for Attached Orders:
Order Types: Limit Chase

And if you do not want it sent to the exchange when Sierra Chart is not running, this is just something we do not want to get involved in. We do not want to get involved in wacky programming like this.

Would be best, that you develop your own custom order using ACSIL:

What you are asking for in post #11, is something completely different.:
How does one accomplish the chase scenario of the attached target order, where price comes within x ticks of the target price, and starts moving away, and we need to chase the market with a max chase of y ticks?

We will look into this.
