If we are understanding this correctly, you would want an option for the "Numbers Bars Text" to display just the "Bid" and another for just the "Ask" values. This would allow you to have two columns, one that just displays the Bid and one that just displays the Asks. You can then color them using any of the coloring options that are currently available. Please let us know if this would work for what you are wanting. Note that this will be a Feature Request, and we can not say when we would get to any particular item. But we want to understand what is desired now, so when we do get to it, we will make the changes that are wanted.
