latest pre-release version of sierra , fresh install. when I go to change color on the numbers bar study for column 1-3, the normal RBG value inputs are missing from the settings panel, there is no way to change the color input value. Other settings do not seem affected.

We do not see any problem like this. Most likely this is some issue on your side. Provide us a screenshot, showing the Study Inputs for the Numbers Bars study. Instructions:

There is no RGB value in the settings interface, see screenshot, also no close markers being drawn between values.

We said to restart the computer. This looks like an operating system problem.

It looks like you have not selected the color button on the Settings window to bring up the color selector. You need to select that color that is showing at the bottom to bring that up. Attached is an image what you should get when you select that color.

With regards to the Markers not showing in the other columns, this is because you have the set the "Graph Draw Type" to "Renko Brick with Wicks", but since this is not a Renko chart, it does not make sense. Change the "Graph Draw Type" to "OHLC Bars" or "Candlestick" and you will see the markers in all the bars.
