I've read the docs, it says use plug-in mode with RTraderPro and leave it running. Pull up Sierra and Bookmap(choosing plug-in mode). This does not work. Has something changed where we cannot use Sierray and Bookmap on the same Rithmic connection?

This changed a long time ago when Rithmic introduced their own interface to Sierra Chart. Therefore, the issue is with Rithmic to fix/change.

To John I really need this feature too. So you're saying you told Rithmic engineers this is their false, and Rithmic intentionally doesn't support connecting with SC's plugin mode? Almost every order flow software I've used supports connecting to Rithmic with plugin mode. Could you please communicate with Rithmic engineers to help users resolve this issue? |

This has been communicated to Rithmic multiple times along with other issues with Rithmic. There simply is nothing more we can do.
