Dear Support Team, I’m new to the platform and currently exploring its features. I recently added the Number Bar Study to my chart, but it is displaying as white bars by default instead of showing the expected footprint numbers. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? If possible please also share videos for setting up Footprint and Volume Delta studies Thank you for your support. Best regards, Mohit |

That is a scaling issue. Refer to the following: Numbers Bars: Scaling a Numbers Bars Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you, John, for the quick response. I checked the Chart Scale Range setting, and it is set to Automatic—I haven’t made any changes to it. Additionally, under Analysis for the Number Bar Study, the Scale Range is also set to Automatic, which I have not modified either. (Screenshots attached) I’d appreciate your further assistance in resolving this issue. Best regards, Mohit |

The first thing that section tells you to do is to ensure the scale is set to "Automatic". But the rest of the information is what you need to work on. You need to adjust the bar spacing and the Scale Range in order to get the data viewable. Please go through the items in the link we gave previously.
