We are using 2 computers.

The first one works fine and has all the data, but when we log off and log in on the 2nd computer, it doesn't have all the data we need to able to trade. I attached a screenshot for your reference. Can you help?

The image is blank, there is nothing in it (not just a blank chart, but nothing).

Please get us the Message Log for the computer having the issue by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I can't find the SYMBOL we are using. Maybe because I don't have the data on this computer?

Then open a chart for the ES. Follow the instructions as we gave them in post #2.
